Just across the street from the Block Island Ferry docks, you will find the island’s only variety store. The store also carries all the little things you need: snacks, coolers, drinks, water, ice, health & beauty aids, sunscreen, candy, and souvenirs, Dramamine and other seasickness remedies, non-prescription drugs, bath items and toiletries.
